We supply bespoke glass products for an endless variety of applications. One of our specialist processes is bespoke double glazed units, in any combination of component glasses.
We produce "over-sized", sealed units and also seal our curved glass into units.
A "Dual Seal System" is used which is where butyl is applied to to the spacer bar to provide a primary seal with the 2 component glass panels and a secondary seal is then applied which provides the external barrier to water and condensation.
Units can be manufactured in a range of glasses including laminated and toughened; in a variety of sizes; in patterned, wired, clear and tinted, as well a surface coated glasses; ceramic or screen printed; Pilkington K Glass, and can also be argon filled.
