Toughened / Laminated Bends

We supply bespoke glass products for an endless variety of applications. One of our specialist processes is curving or bending glass.
Glass curves come in 3 main types, annealed, toughened and laminated, although toughened curves can also be laminated together; and any combination of curves can be sealed into double glazed units.
Toughened/Laminated glasses
Toughened/laminates are manufactured from 2 component toughened panels which are subsequently laminated together. Panels can be notched, or have holes and cut outs, as these can be masked during lamination. Laminated toughened glass provides a "Belt and Braces" approach to safety glass and glazing.
Panles are suited to canopies, roof glazing, or anywhere where there is overhead or high level glazing.
Heat soaking is also available.
