Andrew co-founded SGP with his brother, Jonathan, in 2003. As Joint Managing Director, Andrew oversees the running of the business, manages the company finances and supports the team with crucial decisions and planning. Andrew spends much of his time discussing the requirements of glass with customers to ensure the success of their projects.

Andrew is incredibly proud of how the business has grown from its early days and the range of exciting projects that SGP has been involved in. A standout project for Andrew is SGP’s work on Crossrail’s London Railway, the Elizabeth line, where the team delivered over 2,000 flat and curved glass panels for signage.

In his free time, Andrew values getting some fresh air after a long day spent at the office, and enjoys walking his dogs in the countryside. He is also a keen traveller, and exploring the world is one of his main passions.

Peter joined SGP in July 2015 with many years of industry experience. He manages day to day activity on the production floor and coordinates orders to make sure glass is delivered on time and to schedule. Peter enjoys the practical side of the job and thrives in the fast pace of production.

He values the friendly environment in the team and enjoys seeing projects move from start to finish. Peter has looked after many large jobs and takes pride in keeping lead times steady during busy periods.

Outside work, Peter enjoys walking his two springer spaniels and watching rugby league, cricket, and football.

Lindsey joined SGP in August 2023. She leads the Sales and Marketing team and works on planning, business development, and customer communication. Her role involves finding new opportunities, supporting exciting ongoing projects, and making sure information is clear and accurate for clients.

Lindsey enjoys working with a team that shares ideas and helps each other. Constantly identifying areas for improvement, Lindsey is also passionate about working in roles where there is room to improve processes and test new approaches.

Outside work, Lindsey goes paddle boarding in the Lake District often with her family and friends. She also enjoys playing golf from time to time, though she claims she is not the best at it!

Rebecca joined SGP in 2005. She began as an Office Assistant and later moved into the Office Manager role after gaining experience across several areas. Rebecca looks after office processes, supports staff, and helps manage customer enquiries.

She enjoys the variety of the role and the chance to learn new things as the business grows. Rebecca also helps new staff settle in and works closely with different departments when needed.

Outside of work, Rebecca is the Lead Activator for the Women and Girls section at her local cricket club. She also enjoys walking and exploring the countryside.

Jonathan co-founded the business alongside his brother Andrew in 2003. His role covers the day-to-day operations of the company and supports the talented team across different areas. Jonathan works closely with both the office and production teams and helps ensure new projects run as expected.

He is pleased to have contributed to the company’s development over the years and is particularly proud of SGP’s advanced technology and machinery. Passionate about supporting the business’s growth, Jonathan continues to focus on improving glass processing systems and supporting colleagues.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys travelling and is part of his local bowling team.

Nick joined SGP in September 2018. His role involves speaking with customers, looking after new enquiries, and helping the team bring in new work. He spends much of his time understanding what clients need and making sure they receive the right information. Nick works closely with the sales team and supports them with day to day activity.

He enjoys working in a family business and being part of a close team. Nick loves the range of different projects that SGP works on, and the variety of products offered by the business. A project highlight for him was helping supply glass for the revolving Sky Lift at the Rockefeller Center in New York.

Outside of work, Nick follows Liverpool FC, plays golf, and enjoys travelling. His all-time favourite holiday destination is Kefalonia in Greece.
